General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders that consumers (§ 13 BGB) place in the online shop [name of your shop] (hereinafter “provider”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
(1) The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to submit an offer.
(2) By submitting the order using the order form, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The provider will immediately confirm receipt of the order by email.
(3) A contract is only concluded when the provider accepts the customer's offer through an order confirmation or by shipping the goods.
4. Prices and shipping costs
(1) All prices stated include statutory VAT.
(2) There may also be shipping costs, which will be displayed to the customer in the shopping cart and in the order overview before ordering.
5. Payment methods
The customer can choose from the following payment methods:

Credit card (Visa, MasterCard)
Instant transfer
Payment in advance
Cash on delivery (if offered)
(1) The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract, but no later than upon delivery of the goods.
(2) If you select the “advance payment” payment method, the customer is obliged to pay the purchase price within [e.g. 7 days] to be transferred to the specified account.
6. Delivery
(1) Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.
(2) Delivery usually takes place within [e.g. 3-5 working days], unless different delivery times are stated in the shop.
(3) If a product is not available, the customer will be informed immediately.
7. Right of withdrawal
(1) The customer has the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
(2) The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by the customer takes possession of the goods.
(3) In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the provider of his decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter).
8. Return costs in the event of cancellation
In the event of a cancellation, the customer will bear the return shipping costs unless the provider voluntarily offers free return shipping.
9. Liability for defects
(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) If the delivered goods have defects, the customer has the right to demand subsequent performance (repair or replacement delivery) within the statutory period of 2 years after delivery of the goods.
10. Liability
(1) The provider is only liable for damages that are based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
(2) Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
11. Data Protection
The provider processes the customer's personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. Further information on data protection can be found in the provider's data protection declaration.
12. Final provisions
(1) The law of the [Federal Republic of Germany] applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(2) The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract, if the customer is a merchant, is the registered office of the provider.
(3) If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are invalid or unenforceable, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
